    • The BedTech BTX4 Flex Head adjustable bed base is backed by a manufacturer's 20-Year Limited Warranty. This policy is split into distinct full-coverage and prorated periods, with specific rules regarding parts, electronics, and labor:
    • 1-Year Full Coverage: During the first year, Bed-Tech will repair or replace any defective parts (including electronics and motors) at absolutely no cost to you, and will cover authorized in-home labor.
    • 2nd Through 15th Year Prorated: For years 3 to 15, the warranty transitions to a prorated structure. Bed-Tech covers 50% of the cost for electronic parts (motors, control boxes, power supply, remotes, etc.), while you are responsible for the remaining 50% plus all service and installation costs.
    Returns
    • Standard: We offer a 30-day return policy for returns or store credit.
    • We allow cancellations or returns within 72 hours for a full refund. After that window, a 25% cancellation fee typically applies. :
