The BT3000 Flex Head Adjustable Bed Base (manufactured by BedTech) comes with a 20-Year Platinum Limited Warranty. This includes full in-home service for the first two years and comprehensive coverage for the steel frame and electronic parts.:
1st & 2nd Year (Full Coverage): Covers all non-excluded defects in workmanship or materials. BedTech will repair or replace any defective parts at no cost and includes in-home labor/service.
3rd through 15th Year (Prorated Parts Warranty): Covers non-excluded electronic parts (like motors, massage units, and control boxes) on a 50% prorated basis. You pay 50% of the replacement part cost and the shipping/labor to replace it.
20-Year Steel Frame (Limited): Covers the heavy-duty structural steel frame against manufacturing defects.

Returns

We allow cancellation within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. After delivery, returns are generally not allowed, but you may qualify for a one-time reselection of equal or greater value within 3 days (a delivery fee applies). Clearances or adjustable bases are typically excluded.:
