Warranty
  • Year 3 through 15 (Prorated Electronics): Electronic components (including motors, control boxes, massage motors, and power supplies) are covered under a 50% prorated limited warranty. You are responsible for the remaining 50% of the replacement cost, as well as any service and transportation/shipping fees.
  • Year 3 through 20 (Prorated Steel Frame): The structural steel frame is covered. BedTech will provide the metal replacement part, while you remain responsible for any service, labor, and transportation costs. Alternatively, if shipping and labor are excessive, you may opt for a 50% prorated discount on a comparable new model.
Returns
  • Return Window: Most new and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
  • Shipping: Return shipping fees or restocking fees may apply depending on the reason for the return and if the item is defective.
  • Return Window: You generally have a short grace period (often 72 hours) to cancel for a full refund if un-delivered. If already delivered, returns for a one-time reselection of equal or greater value are typically capped at 3 days.
  • Restocking Fees: Canceling without reselection after the grace period usually results in a ~25% cancellation/restocking fee. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Standard Ground/Direct Ship: Usually arrives in \(7-10\) business days.
  • White Glove Delivery: For around \(\$149+\), professionals bring the bed to your room of choice, unpack it, assemble the frame, and haul away packaging materials.
