The Kansha® is designed to help you relax. Equipped with Intelligent Voice Command + Control, there is no need to sit up and reach for the remote. You can easily control your massage session and activate massage programs simply by asking.

To enhance the entire wellness experience, turn on the Integrated Air Ionizer for clean air intake and switch on the Intersound™ Bluetooth® System to play your favorite playlist for the perfect state of relaxation. Returns
  • Return Authorization: Contact Renew Living Wellness before returning the product because all returns require prior approval
  • Product Condition: Approved returns must be unused, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components
  • Original Packaging: Keep the massage chair’s shipping carton and packing materials until you are certain the chair will not be returned
  • Return Shipping: Return freight and related delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from an approved shipping error or qualifying defect
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to approved returns
  • Original Delivery Charges: Shipping, white-glove delivery, assembly, and other completed service charges are generally nonrefundable
