Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and on the original pallet
Fees: Returns may incur up to a 50% restocking fee plus return shipping costs

Damages: Any damage must be reported immediately upon delivery
Cancellations: Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a 20% restocking fee; cancellations after shipping incur higher fees
