Returns
  • Eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery, though you may be responsible for return shipping fees or a restocking charge. :
  • If you are trying to return the base because it isn't operating correctly, you might just need to reset the system. Unplug the base for 30 seconds, plug it back in, and hold the remote's buttons until the light illuminates to resync the motors.:
